Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, good matters takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.


Netherlands: for orders placed before 3PM, please allow 2 business days for your package to arrive.
International shipping: all orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping takes approximately 9-12 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped. Customs and duty fees are not included, and good matters does not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival.


Items must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale. good matters does not cover shipping costs of returns.

Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. Make sure your name and order number is included or insert any paperwork if available.
